Bumps all three plugin manifests (.claude-plugin, .codex-plugin, .opencode-plugin) from 0.14.0 to 0.15.0 and closes the CHANGELOG's [Unreleased] section, which had accumulated four real entries: the Windows/macOS CI legs, the stale-handoff warning, the demo/homelab project, and the automated npm Trusted Publishing workflow.
